The buoyancy sensor (AV) is great for clean water or water-like chemical media that is non-coating and non-scaling. The vibration sensor (AZ) is typically used in wastewater media with light coating or foaming characteristics. The ultrasonic sensor (AU) is classified as intrinsically safe, for chemical, solvent, hydrocarbon, and lightweight oil media.
